Pearl Burpo
Preschool Team
My name is Pearl Burpo and I am excited to be joining the TVCDC team. I was born and raised in Canton, PA, and I studied at Millersville University of Pennsylvania, where I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I have a huge passion for teaching little ones and helping them thrive. I have over 7 years of teaching experience, and I currently hold a professional teaching license for Early Childhood in Colorado.
In my free time, you can find me singing on the worship team at Mountain Life in Gypsum, where my husband, Colton, and I are currently the worship leaders. I also love volunteering for the Awana program every year. I teach the Sparks class along with Miss Amy. My other hobbies include hiking, snowboarding, and painting. But most of my free time is now spent at home taking care of our beautiful little girl, Ruthie. She made me a mom in April, 2025, and being her mom is a wonderful blessing and gift.
Everywhere I go, I have viewed every opportunity as a chance to spread the love of Jesus. My favorite verse is Ruth 1:16, which says “Wherever you go, I will go; wherever you live, I will live. Your people will be my people, and your God will be my God.” My hope is that everyone around me will also feel the wonderful love of God.
