Leadership

TVCDC is a nonprofit 501(c)3 agency operating as a ministry of The Vail Church. As such, TVC Elder Board provides leadership oversight for the school and child care center.

In addition to the Elder Board, the executive pastor serves in the governing body role to determine and implement directional goals for the organization as well as ensure structures for business sustainability. The daily operational and licensure compliance standards are upheld through the supervision of the center directors.

TVCDC’s Governing Board is comprised of The Vail Church Elder Board and a member of The Vail Church staff team. The Elder Board includes Christian business owners and entrepreneurs. Collectively the group holds over forty years of combined experience serving as educators, on non-TVC affiliated school boards, in administrative private school leadership roles, and in executive not-for-profit leadership roles committed to equal and quality educational advancements.
